Shopping day!!

Today we went to Clarks to buy JEli Bean her first pair of proper shoes.  She's walking really confidently now so we figured she needed a good quality pair.  
Was I prepared for how many pairs I wanted to buy?  No!  
Even though I bought the others their first pair of shoes years ago I swear there wasn't that much choice all that time ago.  I just kind of stood there for a little while trying to figure out how I was going to make the choice.  Luckily for me the lovely lady helping us went to get each pair in JEli Bean's size so we could try them on.  
We got to the second pair and I was sold.  A pretty pink pair of velcro shoes slightly built up around the ankle for support.  Little stars around the ankle line and little hearts on the sole.  Gorgeous.

Off we went after Clarks to buy Doh some new jeans.  She found a lovely pair of blue skinny jeans in the first shop we went in, tried them on and loved them.  

Afterwards we needed lunch so off we went to Costa.  Now I'm no cheapskate, after all I had just spent £32 on JEli Bean's shoes but I do draw the line at £3.89 for a tiny sandwich!  Seriously Costa people, that's a bit pricey!  MacDonalds won in the end.  I do love a happy meal now and again.  

On with the shopping. JEli Bean needed some new pj's and slippers and Doh needed new pj's too so we went to Matalan.  I do love Matalan.  We found two lovely pairs (ok millions of lovely pairs but I did have a budget today so couldn't buy them all).
Even little nighties in her size but left them where they were because I figured they'd be a bit cold in the winter.  I picked some aqua and pink ones with apples on them.  Not bad, two pairs for £9, bargain.  
Doh found a great onsie for herself with tons of little hearts all over it and she found two other pairs of normal pj's too.
Slipper shopping for JEli Bean next.  I did pick up a great pair of slipper boots but I wasn't convinced she'd keep them on so I put them back and bought the cutest pair of Peppa Pig ones instead.  

Shopping done, phew.  Over to Morrisons to change JEli Bean before jumping back on the bus home.  

I love shopping with my girls.  Boo's turn next....

Hello and welcome

Welcome to my new blog.  It's had a bit of a facelift, do you like it?

The story behind it isn't very interesting but I'll share it with you any way, I'm nice like that.

Basically I got bored of the old look, found a lovely website where you can get nice backgrounds from and turned my blog in to what it is now.  

I deleted all my old posts because they were out dated so now I have a nice fresh blank canvas to start over with.  There are a couple of pages on here too that weren't on the old blog.  I've added the kids lounge where I'll talk about my children and their lives/interests etc.. I have added a section on school because my oldest children are educated in different ways so you can find all sorts of info about that there (when I start typing it of course).  I have the I Like... section where I'll take about my favourite products and the Reviews section where I'll blog my product/toy reviews.  Last but not least I have the YT section.  This is where I'll post information about my YouTube channel and write a little bit about what the videos are about.

So there you have it.  That's the basic layout of my blog so far.  I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I'll enjoy writing it.
